Papershrink Ltd is based in Peterborough, Cambs, UK, and specialises in document scanning for UK businesses to save them storage space, time finding files and so money. We deal with both small and large businesses and are setup to convert as little as 2-3 files or several filing cabinets.

Clients receive a top quality service at all times, with robust processes and procedures in place to check our stringent quality standards are always maintained. We guarantee you will be satisfied with the work we do or we will scan again at no extra charge.

Fully Trained Staff

All work is carried out by our own staff on our premises and is fully supervised. We never use outworkers to prepare files in their homes.

Quotations

You can obtain an online estimate on this site, which will give you a guide to the cost of your project. We can then discuss in detail the nature of the project and individual requirements, after which a full quotation is supplied. This quotation will be confirmed in writing along with our terms and conditions.

Collection & Delivery

The cost of collection and delivery will normally be included in your quotation. However, depending on where you are located and the quantity of files involved, or if you have a special requirement, we may need to charge for this as a separate item.

Access to your files

If you urgently need one of your files whilst we're in the process of scanning and indexing it, we will return it to you either by e-mail, fax or courier depending on the size of document and your preference. We may make a charge, at cost, for this service.

Storage of your paper files after scanning

Papershrink have the capacity to store your paperwork on site, securely, after it has been scanned. You automatically get 2 months free but after that there is a charge. Please contact us for more information.
